This is the privacy policy for Castlebarnet OOD, the owner and provider of the Super Score Golf app.
We take our responsibility for our user’s information seriously. As long as you remain a user of Super Score Golf app this policy will apply.

What we do collect
You can register as a user directly yourself, or you can be setup in the system by a colleague. Apart from your email, which is required for registration and login, all other information
only you can edit and manage the available information about yourself. This can be updated at anytime by yourself. You are in full control.
Any feedback comments captured from you as a user via the app or directly via the website may be used and displayed on our website and any promotional materials (e.g. marketing emails).
Your password is stored using standard 1-way encryption and can only be reset. It is not possible for anyone to ascertain or unencrypt a users password. If a user has forgotten a password the ‘forgot password’ feature can only be used to create a new password.
Information, such as below, about you is visible to golf-event-managers. This is for the purposes of setting up and managing any golf event, including communications about the event.
