How to create a Quick Game

A quick game is the option to use when you are simply going to play a quick round with your buddies, and want to keep score. As the name suggests, it is the fastest way to start playing.

How to create a Trip

The starting point of every golf trip/event is to create the trip itself in the app.

How to add Clubs to a Trip

The 1st thing to do after creating a trip is to add clubs to the Trip. There is a database of over 30k clubs with approx 40k courses to choose from. New courses can be added manually. Details of existing courses can also be changed for the specific trip.

How to add Golfers to a Trip

After adding Clubs to a Trip the next step is to add golfers to the trip. Golfers can be selected from the list of existing users (golfers already created previously in the app) or brand new golfers can be created. Once a golfer is created they can be used for any future events. The unique ID is the golfers email.

How to add Rounds to a Trip

Once you have Clubs and Golfers you can add Rounds to a Trip. When adding Rounds you simply need to select the round number, date, and course for the round.

Note that 1 Club may have several Courses to choose from.

How to add Flights to a Trip

The final step before being able to start scoring your trip is to add Flights. Each Flight needs a start-time, round/course, tees and golfers (with PHCPs).

Once Flights are created you are ready to start playing and scoring .. Well done !!
